- Job applications: your full name, phone number, email address (optional), the type of work you are looking for, your experience, your area, the languages you speak and anything you tell us about yourself.
- Reviews: your name, star rating, comment and, if you add one, your photo. With your agreement, approved reviews are shown publicly on our website.
- Technical information: our servers may record your IP address and basic request details to keep the website secure and to stop spam.
How we use your information

- If you give us your email address, to send you a confirmation of your enquiry or application.

Location information
We only access your location when you press Auto Detect and grant permission in your browser. To turn your coordinates into a readable address, we send them to our mapping provider, Ola Maps. If you prefer not to share your location, type your address instead.
When you type in the address field, the text you enter is sent to Ola Maps to suggest matching addresses. If you choose a suggestion or detect your location, its map coordinates are attached to your enquiry and shown on a map, where you can move the pin. You can remove the location before sending.
How long we keep information
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that, we delete it or make sure it can no longer identify you.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you used, or include the phone number you gave us, so we can find your details.
Keeping information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can access it. No website or storage system is completely secure, so please avoid sharing sensitive details that we don't need.
Children
